About the Artist:

Grace D. Chin is a printmaker/illustrator, a graduate of the University of Kansas’s printmaking program, and a long-time staff member at Wonder Fair. She writes:

"My work is inextricably tied to my passion for intersectional feminism. It’s all about fighting negative forces in the world & in ourselves by using words. I sincerely believe in the power of internalizing & imbibing positive messages. Words can be weapons, and ought to be weapons to empower a person, never to break them down. If those words can be decorative too, why not?"

Grace D. Chin's paper flowers and flower wreaths have been featured by Design Sponge, Rookie Mag, and Amy Poehler's Smart Girls.
